Is a political vision needed?

We would like to know where is going Italy. We mean; is there any vision about what we’re going to do in the medium/long period of time? Is our ruling class able to detail a plan to get our place among giants like China, USA, Germany or… the Asian continent?

This question is not just referring to Italy, of course. It is a question we can turn to Europe as well. However, in the case of Europe the question has to be accompanied with a serious concern about our national industry.

This is the “next step” question: what can we do when China will be recognized as a “market economy” country? We mean: the chinese overcapacity in automotive branch, what kind of impacts will be generating among the EU? Can we be relaxed about it?
